You must contact us within 7 days of package arrival (delivery confirmation tracking will show the date the package was delivered). You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization BEFORE YOU SEND ANYTHING BACK. Returned items without authorization will be rejected. All returned items must be sent with the original tags, accessories, shoe boxes, display boxes, bags, wrappings, packaging, etc. (if any), and be in good re-sellable condition with no odors (e.g. perfume, smoke, cosmetic smells, etc). Items sold in bulks/wholesale must be returned in full and not partially sold. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for returned items. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will gladly issue you an exchange or refund. If you ordered clothing/intimate apparel/lingerie and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you. If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges. -FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS - We will email you a USPS pre-paid postage label for you to print out, attach to the box, and drop off at your nearest post office. Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number. -FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - You will have to send us the package via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number ***Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not qualify for a refund/exchange, and the merchandise will be returned back to you. ****PLEASE NOTE: We do not reimburse shipping fees, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving your cleared payment. (Paypal's eChecks can take 5-7 days to clear).
FedEx/UPS and USPS shipping within the United States usually takes about 1-7 business days depending on your location. USPS international shipping for orders outside of the United States usually takes 6-14 business days, or in some cases, a month or longer because of Customs.***PLEASE NOTE: the above shipping times are just estimates, and NOT guaranteed delivery times. Once your order is shipped it is out of our hands. In addition, for international orders, when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
We usually ship orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, and sometimes FedEx/UPS; depending on the item.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
